The webpages provide you an insight of the variety of information namely historical, cultural and educational as well as the services provided by the Council.

It also include detailed information concerning application, processing, and approval of the Building and Land Use Permit as required by the virtue of the Business Facilitation Act 2006.The pages include as well relevant guidelines as imposed by the Ministry of Health, Fire Services, and the Ministry of Environment.

All these information will no doubt help Northerners make better informed decisions, and apprise them of the forthcoming activities, projects and events of the Council.
