The Council is presently compiling a list of Suppliers of Goods/Services, Contractors for Civil Works and Consultants, who wish to be registered as potential Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants.
 
The list of items is annexed to the Registration Form.

The Council is presently compiling a list of Suppliers of Goods/Services, Contractors for Civil Works and Consultants, who wish to be registered as potential Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants.
 
The list of items is annexed to the Registration Form.
 
Interested parties wishing to provide goods and services to/and/or perform work for the Council are invited to register themselves on the appropriate forms obtainable at the Chief Executive Office between 9.30 a.m to 14.30 hrs or downloaded on Council Website www.prdconline.org.
 
All application forms should be addressed to the Chief Executive, District Council, Mapou by 3.00 p.m on Monday 17 March 2008 at latest.
 
The attention of all Suppliers/Contractors is drawn to the fact that Registration does not mean that Council has any contractual obligation towards them, nor will they become exclusive providers of goods and services etc.
 
Alternative Suppliers/Contractors may be resorted to whenever this is considered necessary by Council.
